Dispel the perception that yoga is not what real men do in this workshop, which is designed to help you begin or continue your exploration of yoga.

Historically, it was male devotees who developed yoga in the quest of enlightenment through meditation and physical postures. Why then do more women take contemporary yoga classes than men?

In this three-hour workshop, we will debunk common myths about yoga and explore how it can be an effective technique for improving the mind-body connection, managing stress, rehabilitating former injuries as well as addressing chronic aches and pains, and improving flexibility.

The mind-body connection that yoga fosters strengthens us physically, emotionally and mentally, improving our performance in all areas of life. Yoga supports the practitioner in integrating the parts that make up the whole of our self, while simultaneously strengthening the relationship between the inner and outer world.

Join us for a workout for the body as well as the soul. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and wear comfortable stretching clothes.
