Awaken your awareness of the fluid nature of body and mind. Emilie Conrad, the founder of Continuum Movement states, "All living processes owe their lineage to the movement of water." Continuum reconnects us to that lineage through sequences of breath, sound, and movement.

Through breath, we develop and enhance our capacity to experience present moment awareness. Sound assists the release of habitual patterns and increases our receptivity to new possibilities. Attention to subtle nuanced sensations allows opportunity to experience our moving bodies with pleasure.

By letting go of effort and allowing movement to follow naturally we find ourselves engaged in a full range of dynamic expression. When we consciously invoke the spiraling, undulating, wave forms of water, we experience an ease intrinsic to our own nature.

Continuum Movement is a door to new possibilities for our health and creative expression.
