What is the truth about your past? And whose truth is it anyway? This class will give you the practice you need to find your authentic writing voice and your personal truth. Be inspired by Judith Barrington's Writing the Memoir and reclaim the life stories that define you. The class is ongoing and students may join either or both sessions.

Joyce Boatright, EdD, author of Telling Your Story: A Basic Guide to Memoir Writing, has been teaching memoir since 1992. She is on the board of Story Circle Network, a national organization made up of women who want to explore their lives and their souls by exploring their personal stories. She teaches at Lone Star College.
